The company’s founders Larry Arch and Joel Steinberg, two experienced real estate attorneys (oversight of over fifty thousand closings between them) decided it was time to help bring the real estate settlement industry into the 21st century. With the growing use of the internet by both individual and professionals the time was right. The firm also has the ability to conduct settlements paperlessly.

When eSS conducts a paperless real estate settlement, all of the time and money it takes to print and transport documents among all of the involved parties is replaced by mouse clicks and electronic signatures.
