Lawrence Allan Arch is the President and CEO of eSettlement Solutions. He holds both a Master of Laws in Taxation degree form the Georgetown University Law Center and graduated with honors from the University of Maryland where he earned both his law degree and undergraduate degree. He was a member of the Law Review at the University of Maryland School of Law.

Mr. Arch holds bar memberships in the state of Maryland and the District of Columbia as well as the US Tax Court, US Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, and US District Courts for Maryland and DC.
